This Green Museum was designed by artist, architect and environmental visionary – Friedensreich Hundertwasser. The Kunst Haus Wien House explores environmental and sustainability issues through striking displays of art and ecology.


The building is a work of art in itself, with not a straight edge in sight, bold colours, curved edges, sloped walls and uneven floors that might seem mad but the design is intended to encapsulate free, forward thinking and opening up your mind to think beyond social norms.

If you don’t fancy a walk there are 120 City bike stations as well as app hire electric scooters and segways dotted all over the city – pick one up as you go, enjoy the ride and park it at your destination for the next person who comes along!
