Allsaints turns 25!
Allsaints were turning 25 and they were looking to host 2 regional events – 1 in Glasgow and 1 in Leeds – to celebrate their birthday. Panoptic Events helped to create the Allsaints x Flor de Caña collobartion.
Local influencers, talent, customers and students were among those invited to attend the event as a thank you for supporting the brand over the past 25 years.
Allsaints wanted the venues for both events to have an industrial/exposed brick look. we sourced the venue for both events – in Glasgow we used SWG3 and Mint Warehouse in Leeds.
We sourced local influencers and talent and helped promote the event to customers and sponsorship for the events. The sponsorship we sourced was through Whyte & Mackay with their Flor De Cana rum.
We provided staff for the Glasgow event who worked on the doors and greeted everyone, scanned them in and gave them their wristband as well as providing the photographer for the evening.
We sourced the graphics for the event/ The campaign imagery was used to fly poster the venues and there were well-known DJs playing at the events.
The Allsaints x Flor de Caña event was a great success and the client was very happy with the outcome. We had great success on social media and everyone was talking about how much they enjoyed it and sharing their own photos as well as the photographers.
