We were approached by the promoters of the Jordan Belfort, ‘The Wolf of Wall Street’ UK, and the European Live Tour in 2019, and asked to source venues.
Panoptic was in charge of sourcing and booking all venues for the tour, the FULL Event Management, pre-production, delegate registration, catering, security, providing 5-star accommodation, and transportation (including private jets and chauffeur cars.) This was booked through our 5-star booking service, ‘Panoptic Prestige’.

Our full Event Management of the whole project included 4 days of advancing and 6 live days on tour. We coordinated the venues, the staffing, private dinners, artist liaison, and even curated music for the events. As well as a full build including a setup from scratch in a warehouse in Essex.
The capacities at each venue on this tour were Crowne Plaza, Five Lakes – Essex (1250), SEC – Glasgow (700), Bridgewater Hall – Manchester (1500), Indigo at the O2 – London (1500), Amsterdam (1500), Dublin (1250.)
