Edinburgh Corporate Conference – Case Study
On June 10th, 2023 Panoptic were contracted to organise a conference in the beautiful and luxurious 5 star Sheraton Grand Hotel and Spa in Edinburgh. For this event our clients were a private corporate client from India. We were tasked to source the full production for the event including AV, screens and staging. We were also responsible for a number of the branding aspects of this event including registration, welcome signs, stage design and event design. Panoptic were very happy to be involved in this conference and have put together the following corporate conference case study to give you an insight into the work we put into this event.
One aspect of this conference that Panoptic provided was conference production on site at the venue. This included full audio equipment, all of the staging, visuals, camera risers, lighting, crew, transportation, and a LED wall. The LED wall added a striking visual aspect to the conference!
Along with the LED screen, Panoptic provided a number of bespoke branding solutions at the conference such as welcome screens around the venue which displayed the clients logo in a stylish manner!
Finally we were also happy to provide full camera equipment, videography and a full edit of the conference to ensure this was an event everyone could re-live!
