Top Venues in Amsterdam
One of our favourite venues in Amsterdam, the RAI Amsterdam Convention Centre! We hosted one of our previous events here – Jordan Belfort’s ‘Wolf of Wall Street’ European Tour! You can read about our event at the RAI here. If you and your group want to live it up like the Wolf of Wall Street then this is the venue for you.
The RAI is a complex of convention halls and events spaces, with the largest hall, Europahall, boasting a capacity of nearly 13,000! The convention centre is located conveniently next to the Amsterdam RAI Railway station, where it takes its name from, which means it’s easily accessible for all of your guests!
Starting off our list with a totally luxury pick – the Sofitel Legend The Grand Amsterdam is a 5 star hotel in the heart of the city. Based in the historic city centre – this hotel is moments away from many of Amsterdam’s top attractions, making it a fantastic central location for you to host your event or conference in.
Along with sleek interiors and luxury service, this venue boasts a number of amazing events spaces. Our favourite is the beautiful garden terrace that offers peace and tranquillity in the centre of the city. The hotel also offers 17 purpose built meeting and events rooms that means whatever the vibe – this hotel has you covered! This is undoubtedly one of the top venues in Amsterdam!
Another fantastic conference centre – the Beurs Van Berlage. Located in the historic centre of Amsterdam, this conference centre is an amazing space for any event. From receptions to meetings, expositions and conferences, this venue does it all! The grand building has been in place since 1903, so your event would be joining into a long and storied history of fantastic functions.
With an ideal location, exceptional architecture and full service on site – this venue makes a great hub for conferences to remember. This venue has a number of different sized rooms to add variety to your event, from intimate spaces to grand halls – the Beurs van Berlage Amsterdam Conference Centre has you covered!
Looking for something truly decadent? Try the Conservatorium Hotel! Sleek, stylish and modern, housed inside a historic building – this hotel is not one to be missed. Our favourite feature is the tall, airy central atrium which is simply just striking to look at. The internal glass courtyard creates a unique and amazing feel to this gorgeous hotel and allows you to enjoy a garden feel even in the dead of winter.
The hotel is perfect for all kinds of events. From glass boardrooms and intimate meeting rooms perfect for business to ambient private dining spaces and larger rooms all peering down over the hotel’s grand atrium – not to forget of course the beautiful atrium itself! The hotel also offers not one but two amazing restaurants which are not to be missed. Treat yourself to dinner at either the hotel’s brasserie, housed in the atrium,or the asian inspired Taiko Restaurant – both buzzing culinary hotspots with wonderful atmospheres.
A hotel with the grandeur of era’s gone by – enjoy a venue fit for royalty in the Amstel! You can find this regal hotel right alongside the iconic river Amstel, which flows through the city of Amsterdam, in a palatial 19th century building.
If you’re looking to host a grand event, this may be the venue for you! Crystal chandeliers, frescoed ceilings, huge windows looking over the river – what’s not to love about this fantastic venue! The hotel offers a number of diverse spaces, from intimate meeting rooms to large ballrooms – this hotel has the space to host anything.
Another hotel on our list with a stunning central atrium, the Radisson Blu! This hotel is perfectly situated in downtown Amsterdam, only moments away from the top attractions and right next to a picturesque canal. The beautiful venue consists of a number of historic buildings such as a paper mill, 18th century merchant houses and a 19th century vicarage.
The hotel features the Pastorie restaurant which plays into the grand history of the venue! Where the restaurant is situated used to be a clandestine church and original features from this can still be seen today – making this restaurant a unique and interesting setting.
A lover of design? This venue is for you! Housed in what used to be the public library, this is one of the most creative, design focused, luxury hotels in the city. Featuring stylish yet playful interior décor that celebrates Dutch heritage and the unique flavours of the charming city – this hotel makes the perfect backdrop for any event.
The hotel features a number of varied events spaces, from totally enclosed private areas to sleek, tech forward meeting rooms, we guarantee there’s a space for everyone. We personally love the “Gallery” space, an Alice in Wonderland themed space with a live cooking station – perfect for wowing guests. This is absolutely one of the top venues in Amsterdam!
