High-End Luxury Incentive 4 Day Trip + Conference – Case Study

In May of 2022 Panoptic organised a conference and high-end luxury incentive trip for a group of 100 people for a private corporate client from Germany. Panoptic were responsible for sourcing and booking the venues, the accommodation for all guests, sourcing and booking the conference space, full event management for the entire event as well as booking all incentive dinners, tours and entertainment. Throughout the trip, as you will read about, we also brought in various tastes and sounds of Scotland! Furthermore we provided all transport and ensured there was a translator available throughout.

On the first day of the incentive trip, Panoptic organised airport transfers for the group as clients arrived on separate flights from airports across Europe and took them to the beautiful Radisson hotel in the city centre of Glasgow. From there we facilitated a trip around the Scottish bases of this German company to kick off the corporate incentive trip. To round off the first day in Scotland we arranged a luxury Scottish dinner in the amazing Oran Mor in the heart of Glasgow’s chic West End and arranged for Scotland’s best ceilidh band to play for our clients and showcase some authentic Scottish entertainment. This offered our clients a taste of Scotland and engaged the senses with wonderful Scottish music and gastronomy.

The next day the clients conference, organised by us at Panoptic, began and this came with a separate incentive trip for the partners of those at the event. We organised a luxury shopping trip for the partners around Glasgow culminating in a luxury ladies lunch. Meanwhile the conference was underway. This was a very technical conference which required the showcasing of lots of machinery which Panoptic was able to plan for and facilitate. After the conference and the incentive trip for the clients partners, everyone was taken by private transport to Loch Lomond where we chartered two boats from the Luss Pier to take the group on a 90 minute tour around one of Scotland’s most scenic Lochs. We also arranged for a piper to play the clients onto the boats. On board the cruises guests were given the opportunity to sample a variety of local Scottish ales which ensured this activity ensnared all of the senses. After this cruise the boats docked at the super-luxury 5-star Cameron House Hotel, situated on the bonnie, bonnie banks of Loch Lomond where the piper returned to play the guests up from the boat and into the luxury of the venue. The hotel prepared a luxurious dinner and Panoptic events arranged for a local distillery to come to site and treat our guests to a private whisky tasting, ensuring another memorable night of experiential Scottish entertainment and incentives!

On the final day of the trip Panoptic Events privately hired the world famous open top bus tour to give our clients a look at Glasgow through the eyes of a local. As our clients were German, we also ensured there was a translator on board to ensure everyone was able to enjoy the activity. A fantastic end to a fantastic trip.
