Ahead of COP26, California-based marine conservation organisation Azul got in touch with Panoptic. They asked us to provide an exceptional incentive event for one hundred of their peers and colleagues from across the globe, right here in Glasgow.

We sourced a venue, planned the event, designed the venue and found top class entertainment for this sensational fiesta. The venue of choice was Cottiers Theatre, a grand gothic style church with limitless ceilings located in Glasgow’s West End. We made use of various blue lighting beaming up to create an underwater ambience across the venue.

We shaped the sounds of the night around Latino music providing a samba band for this occasion. With food and drinks to match with hints of Scottish gastronomy, our guests were sure to be made to feel at home.

We provided both a videographer and photographer to capture those special moments across the evening. We were the only point of contact while managing the event from start to finish. The event turned out to be a great success, why not see for yourself in the video below…

“The Panoptic team translated our vision into an engaging event. From finding and coordinating details with the venue to create the ambiance to best fit our event, to coordinating with a photographer and live band, and even executing last-minute changes and requests with patience. We could not have put on such a successful COP26 event without Craig and the rest of the team.” – Azul
