We proposed an experiential New Year’s Eve to Hard Rock Cafe Glasgow. They provided us with a theme of “Hard Rock Does Disco” for bringing in 2020. We went crazy with our experiential activity. Panoptic services included: Event Management, Event Design, Production, Equipment Hire and Entertainment.
We booked hyped local DJ’s to provide the soundtrack for the event, and then mapped our full idea out on Pinterest.
From here, we brought in a variety of equipment including disco balls, chaise longues, slinkys, bamboo trees and a balloon drop ready for midnight. Using this equipment, we were able to create several Instagrammable areas for guests to capture their night in a fun and engaging way.
Panoptic produced an over the top Studio 54 vibe in the world famous rock-n-roll style restaurant which was perfect for a New Year’s celebration.
Studio 54 was a former disco nightclub that became world-famous, noted for its celebrity guest lists, located on 54th Street in Midtown Manhattan, New York City.
To catch a glimpse of the Studio 54 lifestyle, we acquired and utilised a variety of tools from the lights to the bamboo trees, mimicking the atmosphere.
