In June 2019, Panoptic Events were asked to organise the Arbonne Conference at Norton House Hotel & Spa, Edinburgh.
Arbonne focuses on beauty, health, and wellbeing, with the aim to embrace the connection between a healthier mind, a stronger body, and more beautiful skin. For this Leadership day, some guests were travelling as far as Sydney, Australia, to Scotland to celebrate Arbonne’s success. We knew we had to make this event memorable, especially for those who had never visited Scotland before.
Our brief for this event was to create a High End, Luxury, and Healthy experience by sourcing the perfect venue to host the event and provide a healthy catering option, alongside sourcing production and Incentives for top performers.
Using our venue and catering sourcing services, we sourced the fantastic Norton House Hotel & Spa in Edinburgh. This venue was the perfect location, and the hotel was even able to provide a vegan lunch, which went down great at the event.
As for the event on the day, Arbonne also utilised our event management service. Panoptic took care of everything behind the scenes on the day, meaning our client could enjoy the incredible event they had visioned, while we took care of the rest and ensured all 200 guests had a memorable conference.
